This poem is dedicated to all the healthcare workers who are the heroes of humanity during this COVID-19 pandemic period. THANK YOU!

Stop COVID It's Easy

Sometimes we are depressed by having to alter our behaviors especially in combating the COVID virus situation.  Its good to do the hard stuff upfront, and it will be easy later.  So this is a song i am singing to lighten all your spirits, adapted from the song by Keith Carradine, "I'm Easy".  I call it "It's Easy" to fight COVID.

journey i own

Written in Hue, Vietnam.  This is a reminder for me and many others that we are unique and hence we owe it to ourselves to chart our own paths.  One that will make us feel alive everyday!

we are more than this

This was written at the side of the road after my morning walk. Looking around me, I noticed that nature, with its inability to communicate in words, have a strong sense of survival.  Hence, human with all their capabilities given to them has to be more than what it appears.

the rubriks side of me

It’s with reference to the rubric cube that there are many combinations of us showing up to different people – where we see fit. No one really knows the “true us” unless we know we are accepted without any judgement.

There is a common fear of communicating those difficult conversations.  Yet those are vital for authentic relationships.

There’s a perception that the bold needs to be either different or loud or a bully.  I beg to differ.

With the rave of social media in our midst, some of us feel compelled to do something to stand out. The question is, what is the purpose of standing out?
